Flex Fitness Equipment

I cannot recommend Flex Fitness enough for outstanding customer service & top quality equipment. I've sporadically been purchasing equipment for a number of years from these guys with the gyms I have been managing & now I've just purchased a fully Equipped gym fit out for my own gym which is opening late August 2022. Haris @ Wangara has been so helpful & responsive with any questions I had & the boys set up everything very quickly over a 2 day period. Best value home gym equipment, also willing to price match, very convenient. Shame they don't do free delivery to Perth hills though, quite a drive to the store each time for pick up.

Purchased F70 MAX Functional Trainer with bench back in mid 2021. Excellent machine, well packaged, quick delivery and has lasted well. Get's used multiple times a day. Flex team are very responsive to questions over e-mail and service has been very good. Recommended.

I recently purchased a flat bench and a resistance band from Flex. I opted to collect from their Wangara warehouse. My order was ready for collection within 48 hours. The warehouse staff was friendly and their service was great. They found my order very quickly and helped to load it into my car.A previous order with Flex had some issues when I turned up to collect my purchase on the weekend. The warehouse staff could only locate part of my order. They informed me that once they have found the missing items, they would arrange for the items to be delivered for free. I received a call from their customer service team the following Monday to apologise for the inconvenience. The rest of my order was delivered within 24 hours.The customer service from Flex has been excellent. I definitely will be buying again from Flex.
